Add the sender to your contacts:
To prevent emails from going to your “Junk Mail” folder or spam filter in the future, add the sender to your contact list the first time you notice their emails aren’t reaching your inbox.

Is your inbox full?
If your inbox is full and has exceeded its capacity, emails won’t be delivered. You’ll need to clean up your email system to free up space.
